What this checks — and doesn't
This tool surfaces the same issues CostRift's real ingestion and matching pipeline would already flag in a comparison: duplicate or colliding item codes, missing required values, and malformed prices. It does not run AI anomaly detection, fraud detection, supplier scoring, or semantic/fuzzy duplicate matching — those are not things the underlying engine does today, for a free tool or otherwise.
