Free CostRift tool
Compare your old and new supplier price list
Upload your supplier's previous price list and the new one. See every item that got more expensive, cheaper, was added, or was dropped — instantly, in your browser.
No signup. No file ever leaves your browser.
How it works
- Upload the old (previous) supplier price list as a CSV or XLSX file.
- Upload the new (current) supplier price list.
- Map each file's columns to item code, description, and price.
- Run the comparison to see increased, decreased, unchanged, new, removed, and needs-review items, with old price, new price, and the percentage change for every item.
Frequently asked questions
How do I compare two supplier price lists?
Upload the old file as "Old price list" and the new file as "New price list", map each file's item code, description, and price columns, then run the comparison. Matching is done by item code, not row position, so reordered or resorted files compare correctly.
Does this tool store or upload my price list?
No. Your files are read and compared entirely in your browser; this tool never uploads their contents to a server, and nothing is saved since there is no signup.
What file formats are supported?
CSV and XLSX, the same formats CostRift's full Price Change workflow supports.
Is there a row limit?
No row limit is imposed by this tool beyond what your browser can comfortably process — the same ingestion pipeline CostRift uses for signed-in accounts.
Want to save this comparison or track it over time?
